Robert Scribner is the Chief Executive Officer of the Braddock Family Office (BFO). Mr. Scribner also serves as Co-Trustee of the Robert and Lois Braddock Trusts, Manager of the family real estate holding company, Fortunas, LLC, and President of the Braddock Family Foundation. Prior to his current positions, Mr. Scribner was a shareholder in the law firm of Kimble MacMichael and Upton where the focus of his practice was business litigation, with emphasis on matters involving commercial and agricultural real property. Mr. Scribner served as an arbitrator for over twenty years as a member of the Commercial Arbitration Panel of the American Arbitration Association. In addition to legal industry-related activities, Mr. Scribner’s previous non-profit work has included service as a board member and officer of Poverello House, a Fresno based non-profit serving the needs of the Homeless, and service as a member of the State of California Area 8 Board for Developmental Disabilities.

Walt Tchirkine provides financial leadership and guidance for the Braddock Family’s real estate investment, capital, and philanthropic enterprises. Walt is a focused financial and tax executive with three decades of experience in public accounting, most recently as an owner of RINA Accountancy Corporation (RINA), a bay area CPA firm, where he served many companies within different industries and included real estate and development organizations. Walt developed and led RINA’s Estate Planning Practice Group, where with his extensive knowledge and experience with entity planning, (partnership, corporate, trust and estate) and taxation, he assisted clients with growing their estates and later preserving their estates for efficient transfer to future generations and/or charitable institutions.
Walt is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant, and holds an MS degree in taxation from Golden Gate University. He has served as past president of the East Bay Estate Planning Council, and currently serves as director on the boards of two organizations.
